At ProAthlete e-Physio, we provide a streamlined, effective approach to your sport-specific recovery

1) Free Consultation – Injury Assessment & Eligibility Check

Our free consultation ensures that we can provide the best care for your injury. During this initial session, we will:

  • Evaluate whether physiotherapy is the right treatment for your injury

  • Connect you with one of our experienced contractors who will schedule an Online Meet session

  • Provide a detailed list of topics and questions for the physiotherapist to discuss with you during the session

  • After the consultation, our team will review your case and determine whether you are suitable for physiotherapy treatment

This consultation is obligation-free and allows us to ensure we meet your recovery needs effectively.

2) Initial Assessment – Diagnosis & Recovery Plan Development

Our initial assessment is a comprehensive session that includes a thorough evaluation of your injury, followed by the creation of a personalized recovery plan.

  • Movement Analysis: Your physiotherapist will guide you through a series of movements to identify the root cause of your injury.

  • Personalized Sport-Specific Recovery Plan: Based on the assessment, we will pinpoint your injury and design a tailored treatment plan for recovery.

  • Recovery Plan Documentation: A clear, actionable recovery plan will be provided, detailing exercises, restrictions, and progress tracking, helping you stay on course.

  • Duration options:

    • 60-Minute Session: $170

    • 45-Minute Session: $150

This session serves as the foundation for your recovery journey, ensuring you have a clear path forward with professional guidance.

3) Progress Check-In – Ongoing Recovery & Plan Adjustments

Our Progress Check-In sessions are designed to keep you on track throughout your recovery process. These sessions focus on refining your recovery plan, addressing any challenges, and making adjustments as needed.

  • Review Progress: We will assess how well you are progressing with your recovery and address any concerns you may have.

  • Form & Technique Monitoring: Your physiotherapist will ensure that you are performing exercises correctly, minimizing the risk of further injury.

  • Recovery Plan Adjustments: If necessary, your physiotherapist will update your plan based on your current condition, ensuring it remains effective.

  • Duration options:

    • 15-Minute Session: $50

    • 30-Minute Session: $85

    • 60-Minute Session: $140

Follow-Up Sessions Policy

When booking an Initial Assessment, clients are required to schedule a minimum of two follow-up sessions of any duration. This ensures ongoing support and adjustments to the recovery plan as needed. After these two follow-up sessions, clients have the flexibility to schedule as many additional sessions as required.
